Quint is the Mega Man Killer of Mega Man II. His weapon is a jackhammer/pogo stick amalgamation called "Sakugarne" which can attack his foes by collecting rocks and boulders from the ground. Some sources imply that Quint is actually a remodeled Mega Man, created by Dr. Wily when he traveled forward in time using the Time Skimmer. However, an earlier Japanese source states that he is an entirely new robot created during Wily's stay in the future.

Me? I like to beleve that he is a future megaman but thats my opinion and probably not correct but hey I beleve in a parallel universe where megaman did become quint.
